The OPEX Process Analyst plays a key role in enabling global HR transformation by ensuring future-state HR processes are clearly defined, documented, governed, and effectively adopted across regions. This role collaborates closely with Global Process Owners, HR Centers of Excellence, and regional teams to drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence—while maintaining the balance between global consistency and local business needs.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving end-to-end HR process documentation in partnership with global and regional stakeholders
- Ensuring process materials remain accurate and up to date, reflecting ongoing improvements, stakeholder input, and governance requirements
- Supporting governance frameworks that promote consistency and alignment across regions and business units
- Acting as a point of ownership for process standards, including managing escalations where needed
- Identifying and driving opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Partnering with Digital HR and Technology teams to prioritize and implement process improvements, including system-related enhancements (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Contributing to system design and optimization through process expertise, including workflows, automation logic, and case handling
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track process effectiveness
- Analyzing performance trends, identifying recurring issues, and recommending solutions
- Providing insights and reporting to HR Operations and leadership teams on process performance and improvement outcomes
- Supporting change adoption through clear documentation, process visuals, and training materials
- Building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to enable consistent process execution globally

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes
- Experience working within HR operations, shared services, or a global business environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different functions, regions, and levels of seniority
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using process mapping tools and HR systems (such as ServiceNow or Oracle HCM, or similar platforms)
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience supporting HR transformation or global process standardization initiatives
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience working with digital HR tools, automation, or workflow optimization
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials
