 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders by understanding and addressing requirements through remote collaboration and occasional site visits

 Take full ownership of assigned proposal scopes, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in alignment with standard processes

 Act as a Solution Architect for smaller proposals, developing concept designs that meet customer requirements with innovative and cost-effective solutions

 Contribute to larger or more complex proposals under the leadership of a Proposal Manager or Lead

 Apply efficient methodologies and tools to optimize proposal development while maintaining quality and deadlines

 Proactively communicate progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders

 Continuously build and share knowledge within the team and support the development of colleagues

 Follow company policies related to ethics, integrity, and information security, and support additional responsibilities as needed

For This Role, You Will Need:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

 Proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal)

 Foundational experience in proposal development, sales support, or process automation

 Understanding of process automation systems, such as distributed control systems or programmable logic controllers, as well as basic IT and network infrastructure concepts

 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a structured process environment

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

 Experience in the Power and Renewables industry

 Exposure to Systems & Software project environments

 Knowledge of additional European languages

 Familiarity with commercial and technical bid preparation

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

The Project Proposal Engineer is responsible for the autonomous delivery of technical and commercial proposals for small-scale projects, as well as contributing to larger or more complex proposals under the guidance of a Proposal Manager or Proposal Lead. This role supports the Power and Renewables segment within Emerson’s Systems & Software projects portfolio and collaborates closely with sales teams to pursue new business opportunities.
