In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Software Renewals specialists
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics aligned with business and revenue priorities
  • Oversee the full renewal lifecycle, including tracking, forecasting, and execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce customer churn
  • Manage complex and high-value renewals, including escalations and negotiations
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to align on pricing, contracts, and strategy
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the renewal process
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Optimize processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Use CRM and automation tools to enhance reporting and operational effectiveness
  • Continuously refine renewal strategies using data-driven insights

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in renewals, account management, sales operations, or customer success environments
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members
  • Understanding of subscription-based or SaaS business models
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build forecasts
  • Professional working proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
  • Background in software licensing, contract management, or revenue operations
  • Familiarity with metrics such as churn, retention, ARR, and net revenue retention
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
