We are seeking a motivated Salesforce professional to support platform development and continuous enhancements while troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure business continuity. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions, validate functionality through testing, and continuously improve system reliability and performance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability and minimize business disruption
- Support Salesforce development initiatives, including configuration, customization, and integration activities
- Partner closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Write, execute, and maintain unit tests to ensure solution quality and functionality
- Contribute to the design, development, and release of new features, taking increasing ownership of technical solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance code quality, and optimize system performance
- Apply and continuously learn industry best practices to strengthen platform capabilities and delivery standards

- Experience working with Salesforce platforms (such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
- Understanding of configuration and customization capabilities within Salesforce
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a structured and timely manner
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of testing practices, including writing and executing unit tests
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, or external systems)
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, or other Salesforce development tools
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control systems
- Exposure to performance optimization and system monitoring techniques
- Salesforce certifications or a willingness to obtain them
- Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
