- Assist buyers with transactional purchasing activities and day-to-day procurement tasks
- Create and update purchase orders under guidance, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery timelines, and basic issue resolution
- Track order status and share updates with stakeholders
- Maintain procurement-related data and documentation in systems and spreadsheets
- Support in resolving discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, and supplier communication
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support team projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth purchasing operations

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in supply chain, business, commerce, or a related field
- Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing concepts (academic or project exposure)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and basic data handling
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP or similar tools) through coursework or internships
- Understanding of procurement workflows or supplier management
- Ability to analyze basic data and identify inconsistencies
- Experience working on team projects or internships in operations/supply chain
