- Prepare and maintain KTM and TOV documentation in line with organizational and quality standards
- Manage and organize tools, gauges, and instruments to ensure availability and proper calibration status
- Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects and production requirements
- Monitor, compile, and present performance reports with clear insights and data accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation and material readiness aligns with project timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal process standards
- Identify opportunities for improving documentation efficiency and tool management practices

- Experience in documentation, BOM preparation, or engineering support activities
- Basic understanding of tools, gauges, and instrumentation handling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Exposure to KTM and TOV-related processes or similar industrial documentation practices
- Knowledge of quality standards and calibration processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems for BOM and material tracking
- Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights
