Based in our Elyria, OH office as a Project Manager for the Sourcing Operations team, you will be responsible for using data-driven analysis and strategic thinking to develop solutions for improving the efficiency of the Professional Tools Organization.
We're looking for someone who is a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to lead multiple projects and work with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as supplier partners.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead multiple projects from initiation through production readiness, including planning timelines, defining milestones, tracking progress, and managing risks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Execute sourcing and procurement activities, including requests for proposals, supplier engagement, cost analysis, and competitive evaluations.
  • Manage project financials, including feasibility inputs, capital expenditures, and ongoing budget tracking.
  • Evaluate risks across project portfolios and implement mitigation or recovery strategies to maintain momentum.
  • Develop and maintain transparent communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support supplier transitions, tooling initiatives, and production readiness to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation and recovery strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement sustainable sourcing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate project reviews, including tracking key metrics such as supplier transitions, cost changes, and production readiness.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to support long-term strategic objectives and business continuity.

Prefer a hands-on approach with a “roll-up your sleeves and get dirty” mentality. Collaborate & communicate effectively both internally and externally across multiple teams.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations or another related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain in a high-paced, multi-location environment
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and key cost drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% - periodic overnights
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
