Order Handler (German speaking)

- Respond to customer and sales inquiries by accurately and timely entering and managing customer orders.
- Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays.
- Review, process, and coordinate order changes to ensure alignment with customer and business requirements.
- Expedite with factories and internal partners to support on-time delivery commitments.
- Maintain close, professional collaboration with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Process and issue invoices in line with established procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Experience or education that demonstrates the ability to manage administrative, customer-facing, or order-related processes (a degree or equivalent practical experience is welcomed).
- Comfort using digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A strong customer-focused mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to understand business drivers and apply that understanding to day-to-day decisions.
- Curiosity and initiative to explore new approaches and support process improvements.
- Previous experience in sales support, order management, or customer service in an international or industrial environment.
- Experience working with ERP or order management systems.
