In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Create supply chain and SIOP-related reports based on standard processes, perform data validation, evaluate impact of requests, and customize reports aligned with customer requirements.
  • Work on continuous improvement and innovation project ideas and execute agreed and approved solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive training on business tools, reports, and processes, including skills development and certification (e.g., troubleshooting, presenting, etc.).
  • Document major forecast changes from prior demand plan, review and update S&OP decks based on the required changes to align with the organization goals.
  • Gather S&OP meeting results and implement adjustments needed for the material plan and forecast.
  • Present, recommend, and negotiate solutions and forecast adjustments to the stakeholders and get their buy-in and commitment to deliverables.
  • Maintain business systems and applications, validate correctness of, and track changes to ensure data integrity in forecast updates and other system updates tasks such as Lead Time, Firm Flag, Kanban Resize, Reschedules, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related Engineering or Management field.
  • At least 2.5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Buying, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain with data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting experience.
  • Intermediate understanding of Supply Chain systems, tools, and applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Supply Chain functions, concepts, and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Power BI and business intelligence tools.
