In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Review and validate commercial and technical customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established engineering standards and procedures.
  • Verify product selections, options, accessories, and special requirements to ensure compatibility with product configurations and customer applications.
  • Evaluate specification sheets, engineering documents, and product bulletins to ensure selected products meet service and application requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales offices, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial order issues.
  • Create and maintain product structures and configurations to support customer-specific requirements.
  • Review pricing accuracy for special constructions and customized solutions.
  • Respond promptly to order-related inquiries and provide technical clarification when required.
  • Support backlog management and critical business requirements to ensure customer commitments are achieved.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, productivity, and order quality.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Order Engineering, Application Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, commercial documents, and product bulletins.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems such as Oracle.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge of control valves, valve automation, or flow control products.
  • Experience in order management, product configuration, or customer-facing engineering roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Exposure to process improvement, productivity enhancement, or digitalization initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
