Business Leadership & Governance
- Serve as the overall Site Leader with full accountability for site P&L performance and business results.
- Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and strategic objectives aligned with regional and global business priorities.
- Organize and facilitate Board Meetings, ensuring effective implementation of Board decisions and governance requirements.
- Drive sustainable growth, profitability, cash flow, productivity, and operational excellence across the site.
Operational Excellence
- Lead all manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and support functions to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Establish performance metrics and review operational results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and productivity initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and competitiveness.
EHS & Sustainability
- Champion a strong Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Energy Management culture across the site.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a safe, healthy, injury-free, and inclusive workplace while promoting employee well-being and environmental sustainability.
Customer & Market Focus
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support demand planning, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Strengthen customer relationships by ensuring excellence in quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service.
- Support strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and market competitiveness.
People Leadership
- Build, develop, and lead a highly engaged, empowered, and high-performing team.
- Foster a culture that embraces Emerson's values, purpose, and mission while promoting collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans to support current and future business needs.

External Relations
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, industry associations, customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company in external engagements and support government affairs activities as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA or other advanced business qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of leading plant operations with full P&L accountability.
- Strong experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement, and EHS management.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across global, regional, and local organizations.
- Experience managing government and regulatory affairs is highly desirable.

The Senior Site Director, AFTC is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the site, serving as the primary P&L owner and legal representative of the organization. Reporting to regional leadership and working closely with the Board of Directors, this role is accountable for executing strategic business objectives while ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. This role will provide leadership across all business functions, including Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Finance, Human Resources as well as matrix reporting of Supply Chain and Customer Care.
