In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage daily supply chain operations and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved while monitoring team performance, workload distribution, productivity, and operational risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimization.
- Develop staffing plans and workforce strategies to support business growth and operational continuity.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals and emerging leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, learning, and engagement.
- Partner with global stakeholders and serve as the primary Manila point of contact for supported business units and supply chain organizations.
- Proactively address escalations and identify opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships.
- Translate business strategies into actionable operational goals and lead strategic projects that support organizational growth and transformation.
- Utilize analytics, automation, digital technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making, reporting, productivity, knowledge management, and operational performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, Demand Planning, SIOP, Business Analytics, or related functions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple teams, functions, or complex operational environments.
- Experience leading direct reports and developing future leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with SharePoint, data visualization platforms, business intelligence tools, and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices.
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power BI AI, Power Automate, or similar technologies, including an understanding of responsible AI usage, data confidentiality, and governance principles.
