Control Engineer Team Lead

Leads the design, validation, and implementation of load and control solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability. Partners with cross-functional teams, customers, and sales organizations while driving continuous improvement through innovative engineering methods and standards.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the development, validation, and release of load and control solutions for wind turbines, ensuring high technical quality, performance, and reliability.
- Define requirements, design specifications, testing strategies, and validation approaches while supporting load simulations, controller development, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Manage and develop the Load & Control team through coaching, resource planning, task prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional activities.
- Drive product roadmap execution, align technical solutions with business and customer needs, and provide expert support to projects, sales, and customer-facing activities.
- Promote engineering excellence by establishing methods, tools, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to support product quality and on-time delivery.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- BSc/MSc within Control, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years engineering experience.
- Advanced MATLAB/Simulink skills.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Strong understanding of wind turbine controls and loads.
