In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead the development, validation, and release of load and control solutions for wind turbines, ensuring high technical quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Define requirements, design specifications, testing strategies, and validation approaches while supporting load simulations, controller development, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Manage and develop the Load & Control team through coaching, resource planning, task prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional activities.
  • Drive product roadmap execution, align technical solutions with business and customer needs, and provide expert support to projects, sales, and customer-facing activities.
  • Promote engineering excellence by establishing methods, tools, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to support product quality and on-time delivery.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • BSc/MSc within Control, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years engineering experience.
  • Advanced MATLAB/Simulink skills.
  • Experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Strong understanding of wind turbine controls and loads.
