In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Check for completeness of commercial requirements.
  • Validate and calculate pricing using system tools.
  • Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.
  • Updates order, quote records, data, and status in the business system.
  • Verify new customer accounts and work with the Customer Vendor Data Hub team for the creation of accounts in the business systems.
  • Provide product lead time based on system data (standard product lead time).
  • Manage orders and transactions to meet customer requirements by utilizing lead time tools, administering contract terms and conditions, and analyzing order status reports.
  • Resolve problems pertaining to order administration, completion, and post-order activities by effectively utilizing resources (reports, tools, subject matter experts).
  • Communicate professionally and effectively via telephone, e-mail, and/or other standard methods.

You have excellent analytical skills and can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in Order Administration, Data Entry, Banking, and /or Accounting.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
