Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to drive Software Analytics & Insights across our software business. In this role, you will lead analytics strategy, reporting, and AI-enabled business intelligence initiatives that help accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and support data-driven decision-making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights while building and developing a high-performing analytics team that delivers measurable business impact.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop, own, and evolve analytics frameworks that measure software business performance across key operational and business metrics.
  • Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and business risks through advanced analytics, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing analytics team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Guide the team in exploring business drivers, evaluating outcomes, and using data to assess the impact of product, operational, and commercial decisions.
  • Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions to improve forecasting, automate insights, accelerate decision-making, and enhance customer and business outcomes.
  • Own executive reporting, dashboard development, and KPI frameworks while ensuring scalability, automation, governance, and metric standardization.
  • Build a deep understanding of software business operations, strategies, processes, and data ecosystems to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner by proposing innovative analytical approaches and process enhancements.
  • Partner with Software Operations, Go-to-Market teams, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Information Technology, and Global Analytics teams to understand business priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with analytics leaders across the organization to develop enterprise data products, processes, and solutions that improve consistency, quality, and business value.
  • Support and influence key business decisions by providing timely, accurate, and insightful analysis.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience leading analytics, business operations, software business performance, product management, business development, or related functions.
  • Experience building, leading, coaching, and developing analytics teams.
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust through clear, timely, and accurate communication.
  • Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams and influencing decisions at multiple organizational levels.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Flexibility to collaborate effectively across global regions and time zones.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to increase productivity, improve analysis, and support effective decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting software, SaaS, subscription, licensing, or technology-focused business models.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms and analytical technologies such as Snowflake, DBT, Qubole, Hive, Spark, Presto, Python, or R.
  • Experience implementing reporting automation, data governance frameworks, and metric standardization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Technology functions in a global organization.
  • Track record of driving organizational adoption of data-driven decision-making practices.
