- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to understand requirements and deliver timely, high-quality support
- Provide pre-order and post-order technical support to customers, business partners, and distributors
- Complete assigned tasks and projects under guidance, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met
- Maintain and regularly update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data with accuracy and consistency
- Support cross-functional coordination across Quote-to-Cash processes
- Demonstrate strong communication, both written and verbal, while interacting with stakeholders
- Use MS Office tools effectively for documentation, reporting, and analysis
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a structured and organized manner
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while contributing proactively
- Handle complex situations with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering
- Strong interest in technical applications, customer support, and industrial products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of isolation valves, actuators, and instrumentation components
- Awareness of testing methods, including destructive and non-destructive testing
- Foundational knowledge of metallurgy, material science, or fluid mechanics
- Exposure to industrial processes or prior internship experience in a similar domain

As an Intern with the CoE – Applications, Customer Care, and Product Support team, you will gain exposure to the complete Quote-to-Cash ecosystem for Emerson’s Isolation Valve business globally. This includes working across functions such as Applications (proposal and technical support), Valve Automation (VAC), Product Selection and Quotation (PSQ), Part Creation (PC), Pricing, Order Engineering, Order Management and Logistics, Documentation Control, and Project Management. This internship offers a strong foundation in technical, commercial, and customer-facing processes within a global environment.
