Drive Revenue Growth and Customer Success
- Own the business to grow revenues and enhance customer success.
- Foster cross-functional alignment by integrating partner collaboration across Business Units, Regional Sales teams, and Service & Support organizations.
- Align partner strategies with Emerson’s T&M Business Unit goals, leveraging scalable partner services, solutions, and business acumen to meet customer needs.
- Connect partners with Account Managers through account plans, opportunities, and customer engagement to maximize tri-lateral value.
- Evaluate and qualify high-value partner solutions and services, defining clear collaboration areas and scaling strategies while promoting best practices and reuse of successful initiatives.
- Co-develop business plans to scale partner solutions/services, measuring effectiveness through new business opportunity creation that wouldn’t exist without the partnership.
- Be accountable for revenue growth through shared goals, demand creation, pipeline reviews, and joint performance metrics.
Develop and Manage a Strong Portfolio of Emerson T&M Partners
- Provide strategic insights to inform Emerson’s T&M partner needs and selection criteria.
- Lead efforts to scout, onboard, and align new partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships between partners and Emerson T&M to foster successful collaborations that drive tri-lateral value.
- Connect partners with internal Emerson T&M departments to streamline operations, including contracts, training, resource development, and business processes.
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the Test & Measurement industry.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align partner business models, Emerson’s T&M business models, and customer needs to maximize tri-lateral value.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear, concise, and transparent manner.
- High level of self-motivation and influence, essential for success in a collaborative role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for partner engagements and industry events.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English.
- MBA or 15+ years of deep business experience
- Technical engineering degree
- In-depth understanding of NI Software & Hardware products
- Language skill: Proficiency in German
