In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Web Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Regional Leadership, IT, and the Data Office.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define, prioritize, and implement measurement frameworks aligned with global and regional commercial objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of the digital measurement strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner with Web Strategy and Marketing teams to establish key performance indicators, standardized metric definitions, and success criteria.
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, measurement approaches, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
  • Connect digital engagement data to pipeline, opportunity, and revenue outcomes through attribution and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Analyze digital customer behavior using Adobe Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Evaluate end-to-end digital funnel performance and recommend actions to improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with Web Strategy, User Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to prioritize and measure initiatives that improve digital performance and customer experience.
  • Develop audience segmentation frameworks and customer journey insights that support targeting, personalization, and demand generation strategies.
  • Design, evaluate, and communicate A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, executive-level recommendations through effective data storytelling and visualization.
  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions that enable self-service analytics.
  • Establish and promote tagging governance, tracking standards, and data quality best practices across digital properties.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data teams to integrate digital analytics, CRM, and marketing data to create unified business insights.
  • Implement data validation processes and quality controls to ensure trusted and repeatable measurement.
  • Apply advanced analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency and accelerate insight generation.
  • Act as a thought leader by introducing innovative analytical approaches and measurement capabilities that drive commercial impact.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience in digital analytics, digital measurement, or related analytics roles.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience analyzing B2B marketing performance and digital customer journeys.
  • Demonstrated success using analytics to influence decisions and improve conversion, engagement, customer experience, pipeline generation, or revenue outcomes.
  • Experience connecting digital engagement metrics to business and commercial performance.
  • Knowledge of attribution methodologies and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Experience integrating digital analytics, CRM, and marketing data sources.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics concepts, including tagging, cookies, data layers, consent management, and tag management platforms.
  • Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues, including tracking gaps and bot traffic.
  • Strong analytical thinking, hypothesis development, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), or similar customer journey analytics platforms.
  • Experience with SQL and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience working with large-scale customer, behavioral, or digital engagement datasets.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, analytics governance, and data lineage concepts.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions within commercial or marketing analytics environments.
  • Experience developing scalable analytics frameworks and self-service reporting capabilities for global organizations.

The Senior Digital Analytics Consultant will lead digital analytics initiatives that help Emerson T&M better understand customer behavior, optimize digital experiences, and connect web engagement to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
