In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities to support business and customer requirements.
  • Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve transportation-related issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.
  • Analyze freight data, transportation costs, and carrier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, planning, procurement, and warehouse teams to support on-time delivery objectives.
  • Maintain accurate transportation records, documentation, and system updates.
  • Support carrier selection, freight audits, and logistics service provider performance reviews.
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Generate and interpret transportation metrics and reports to support operational decision-making.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience supporting transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operational coordination activities.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency using business systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or global supply chain environment.
  • Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or logistics platforms.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping practices, freight documentation, and carrier management.
  • Experience supporting freight cost analysis, performance tracking, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of trade compliance, import/export processes, or transportation regulations.
  • Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools that support operational analysis.
