- Support the deployment and adoption of sales platforms by contributing to data migration, data governance, and quality assurance activities.
- Help develop and document standards, processes, and training guidelines to support successful platform transitions across the sales organization.
- Research and evaluate seller outreach approaches across platforms and help identify best practices for sales teams.
- Assist in designing and maintaining training content and resources that enable sellers to effectively use new tools and workflows.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to surface actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, solve problems, and drive efficiency across sales enablement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, sales operations, and training to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Document project findings and present progress updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support additional sales enablement initiatives as business needs evolve.

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or sales enablement tools (e.g., Seismic, Salesloft)
- Interest in data governance, business process documentation, or sales operations
- Comfort with or curiosity about AI and emerging productivity tools
- Prior internship or project experience in a business or technology environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
