In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Gather, manipulate, and scrub supply chain related data needed as per pre-defined instructions.
  • Extract/generate quantitative information from procurement systems using standard queries and combine extracted data from different system tools.
  • Perform data validation to achieve data consistency.
  • Prepare standard supply chain related reports based on standard templates.
  • Validate, encode changes related to the system (e.g. part number, collection plan), and complete the setup based on agreed turn-around-time.
  • Follow business process in updating the system to ensure accuracy of information.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering or Management-related courses.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in S&OP, Buying, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain with data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting experience.
  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain systems, tools, and applications.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain functions, concepts, and processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI and business intelligence tools.
