- Partner with sales enablement and HR to coordinate the design, scheduling and logistics of sales training programs by sales persona (onboarding, continuous education, and leadership development)
- Track participation, completion, and effectiveness of training programs; maintain records and develop reporting that helps measure business impact.
- Support the North America Sales Trainee Program, including onboarding, rotational assignments, milestone tracking, and participant experience.
- Maintain related analytics and reporting tools for global Go-to-Market talent mapping processes and assessments.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics that support global talent management processes, including performance reviews, salary planning, talent reviews, organizational reviews, and promotion processes.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights that support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Help maintain a global library of commercial role profiles to support consistency and efficiency across regions.
- Fulfill reporting requests and collaborate with stakeholders to support hiring, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.
- You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals. You communicate effectively, tailoring your message to meet the needs of diverse audiences while fostering understanding and alignment. You seek opportunities to improve processes and create innovative solutions that help the organization succeed. You develop strong relationships, focus on delivering customer-centered outcomes, and embrace new technologies and digital tools that enhance business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate data effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity and demonstrated ability to apply emerging AI technologies to enhance people analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Experience supporting a sales, commercial, or Go-to-Market organization.
- Experience working with HCM or HRIS systems, such as Oracle HCM, and data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Familiarity with talent management processes, including talent mapping, workforce planning, calibration, succession planning, or promotion frameworks.
- Experience with assessment platforms, survey tools, recruiting systems, or talent analytics solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment and collaborate across geographies and cultures.
