- Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including equipment assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support installation, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities at customer locations as required.
- Understand and fulfill service contract requirements to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with customers and internal sales teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and implement technical solutions, engaging global technical specialists when needed.
- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities independently for Afag products and systems.
- Manage customer quality-related concerns and drive timely resolution through closure.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customer personnel.
- Prepare accurate customer feedback, commissioning, and service reports.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships through responsive and professional support.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all service activities.
- Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, motion control systems, machine vision systems, sensors, and related configuration activities.
- Strong commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites throughout China.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and global business environments.
- Experience supporting automation, manufacturing, robotics, assembly, or industrial equipment solutions.
- Familiarity with Afag products or similar automation technologies.
- Experience performing FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and field service activities.
- Experience delivering technical training to customers or end users.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working within international or multinational organizations.
