Quality Engineer / Data Analyst

- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies supported by data analytics, metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Analyze manufacturing, operational, and field performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to support business and quality objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, key performance indicators, and scalable analytics solutions
- Lead root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive actions through structured problem-solving approaches
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and collaborate across functions to address quality challenges and support product development initiatives
- Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to improve process capability, reliability, and product performance
- Support audit activities through data-driven insights and validation of improvement actions
- Contribute to the development of reusable datasets, reporting frameworks, and analytics processes that enable long-term business value
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Experience in quality engineering, quality analytics, manufacturing analytics, data analytics, or a related field
- Experience working with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies
- Experience using data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools such as ISO standards, Six Sigma concepts, FMEA, SPC, DOE, or comparable frameworks
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into practical business improvements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Ability to manage priorities, influence outcomes, and drive issue resolution across teams
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, medical device, aerospace, automotive, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced statistical modeling techniques
- Experience working with ERP, MES, or enterprise data platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, or similar technologies
- Experience developing scalable reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions
- Exposure to global, cross-functional business environments and customer-focused quality initiatives
