In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Maintain sales opportunities, projects, and proposal data to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage CRM records and coordinate updates with sales teams and business stakeholders.
  • Own proposal and sales opportunity movement reporting, including stage progression, aging, conversion trends, and data quality monitoring.
  • Support the Projects Reference Library through data collection, validation, and monthly refresh activities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Proposal, and Operations teams to improve data completeness, visibility, and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop reports, scorecards, executive summaries, and business insights that support decision-making.
  • Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Document business processes, data collection procedures, reporting standards, and operating guidelines to support continuous improvement initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Data Quality Management, or related functions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and business databases.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, business insights, and data quality management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM data management processes and data governance practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered business productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus.
