- Support the analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and IT teams to understand business needs and support digital initiatives.
- Assist in translating operational requirements into process maps, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Contribute to project planning, tracking activities, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting.
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and user adoption activities for new digital solutions.
- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from different business systems and databases.
- Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Participate in initiatives related to Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, advanced analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to innovation projects supporting Emerson’s digital manufacturing and Smart Factory journey.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Operational Excellence, digital transformation, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Academic projects, thesis work, internships, or extracurricular activities related to manufacturing, operations, digital transformation, or process improvement.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Interest in Industry 4.0, Smart Factory technologies, advanced analytics, or Artificial Intelligence applications.
- Knowledge of Lean principles, Agile methodologies, or continuous improvement approaches.
