In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support business objectives.
  • Analyze complex supply chain, procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend data-driven solutions that improve decision-making.
  • Design and develop innovative reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and business intelligence tools.
  • Manage and execute continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance team productivity and business outcomes.
  • Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain and improve business systems and applications to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide expert support in troubleshooting analytics and system-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop training materials, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and coach team members on analytics tools, reporting processes, and best practices.
  • Drive collaboration across global supply chain organizations and influence stakeholders to adopt sustainable process improvements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or other Engineering or Management-related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Buying, Analytics, or related business functions.
  • Advanced understanding of Supply Chain functions, concepts, processes, and procurement operations.
  • Experience in data mining, data manipulation, business analytics, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualization solutions, and working with enterprise procurement, planning, or supply chain systems.
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement experience.
  • Knowledge of data storytelling and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with supply chain commodity management and strategic procurement processes.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across global organizations.
