In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, changes, delays, and resolutions to customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with pricing policies, trade regulations, company procedures, and contractual requirements when processing orders.
Support customers with documentation, delivery information, product availability, and other order-related requests.
Escalate complex issues when necessary and contribute to effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of customer service operations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Experience in customer service, commercial support, after-sales operations, technical support, quotation management, or a related business function.
Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as ERP platforms.
Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks with flexibility.
Commitment to ethical business practices, compliance requirements, and information security standards.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience in an order management or customer service environment within a multinational organization.
Knowledge of international trade practices, including Incoterms, transportation processes, and payment terms.
Experience working with ERP systems and customer-facing business processes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
