What is the position? We are seeking an experienced analyst for our Frankfurt based investment banking team. While a global firm with offices around the world, the focus and size of our Frankfurt office ensures that Analysts receive immediate exposure to active M&A and capital markets transactions, to senior executives of the firm and our clients. We are seeking to attract the most talented and accomplished individuals to join our team and are open for applications.

Primary Responsibilities: Analysts will be responsible for a variety of tasks including preparing for and attending client meetings, financial modelling, valuation, industry analysis, due diligence and new client development. Analysts typically work as part of small teams and have close interactions with clients as well as senior bankers within the firm – in Germany and with other Evercore office globally.
