What is the Position? Evercore seeks to hire an Associate for its Evercore ISI Operations team in New York, NY. This individual will support a dynamic and technical team responsible for mitigating risk and improving client service across the full front-to-back trade lifecycle. The role includes exposure to client account configuration, trade matching and settlement, lifecycle events, control processes, and regulatory reporting.

Primary Responsibilities: Support key operational functions across the trade lifecycle. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Client account configuration to enable trading
• Matching, shaping, allocating, and confirming client trades
• Trade settlement and exception reconciliation
• Soft dollar reconciliation
• Invoicing for options and special trading clients
• Responding to client and internal queries
• Performing control and regulatory reporting functions

Specific Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and exercise independent judgment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Client-centric mindset with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and identify process improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort engaging with Sales, Trading, and senior management
• Familiarity with U.S. equity trading markets
• Committed to building a career in Operations

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
