Group Description: Evercore's Private Capital Advisory (PCA) team is a leading global secondaries market advisor, focusing on providing strategic advisory services to financial sponsors across a variety of portfolio and fund management objectives, advising limited partners on liquidity solutions for their private asset portfolios, and employing various forms of structured ABS technologies to create innovative capital and liquidity solutions for private markets issuers and investors.

What is the Position? Evercore seeks to hire an Executive Assistant to join the Private Capital Advisory (PCA) group in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of APAC, the Executive Assistant will provide direct support to PCA’s Singapore team, which includes two senior level bankers as well as analysts and associates. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, highly organized, a seasoned event planner, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This individual should be proactive, punctual, and ready to hit the ground running while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will ensure smooth and efficient operations for senior bankers by planning events, managing scheduling, travel, communications, and other administrative functions as well as travel and expenses for junior bankers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plan a variety of small and large scale events around the APAC region
  • Manage and prioritize complex and shifting calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating across time zones
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison to maximize senior leadership’s focus on high-priority initiatives
  • Proactively manage email requests and incoming communications, ensuring timely action and follow-ups
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics, itineraries, and adjustments in real-time
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports
  • Organize and facilitate conference calls and meetings, including room bookings, attendee coordination, and agenda management
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with integrity
  • Support bankers in both professional and occasional personal matters as required
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and responsibilities to ensure executive readiness and team alignment
  • Demonstrate a strong team mentality and a proactive, flexible approach to administrative challenges

Specific Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives and planning events in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, and prioritize effectively
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email/calendar) and familiar with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other conferencing tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing international/domestic travel logistics
  • Excellent judgment and ability to manage confidential information appropriately
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling last-minute changes with grace
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience supporting executives in investment banking or financial services
  • Exposure to group head-level executive support is a plus
  • Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems
  • Standard in-office hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm; flexibility required to support extended hours as needed

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000-110,000 SGD
