What is the position? We are seeking an Experienced Analyst to join the team supporting the Co-Heads of US Investment Banking in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a critical thinker who thrives on solving complex, unstructured problems and wants exposure to strategic decision-making at the firm level.

The individual will combine data-driven analysis with strong business judgment to support key initiatives that are critical to Evercore’s long-term success.

Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct in-depth research and quantitative analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
  • Analyze and manage firm data across CRM platforms and internal systems to generate actionable insights
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and executive communications for senior leadership
  • Coordinate meetings and materials for senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through
  • Support the execution of strategic, operational, and technology-driven initiatives across the business
  • Contribute to broader business management and operational activities for the Co-Head Team


Specific Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is intellectually curious and eager to take ownership in a dynamic environment.


Core Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant analytical experience (investment banking, consulting, or financial services firms only)
  • Strong academic performance (Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience working with complex or ambiguous datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure

  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset


Additional Plus:

  • Experience with CRM platforms or data management systems

This position requires valid United States work authorization and is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
