What is the Position? Evercore ISI, the Institutional Equities business within Evercore, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support 2-4 Senior Research Analysts and their teams who cover the Financials sectors. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment, while being highly effective working independently. This individual should bring a positive attitude to the job and be able to communicate with all members of the research and sales teams. This is a senior assistant role and is located in New York.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing the busy calendars and travel schedules for the team
- Booking air travel and lodging for the team (domestic and international)
- Maintaining strong relationships with Sales and research partners
- Interacting with clients, senior business people and company executives
- Completing expense reports
- Preparing and updating analysts’ marketing materials and non-deal roadshow schedules
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings
- Inputting information and accessing data in the Client Relationship Management tool
Specific Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in finance or professional services
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Industry exposure is a plus, but not required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Zoom, Concur and Workday is strongly recommended; aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Interest in financial markets is very helpful
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Expected Base Salary Range: $95,000-$105,000
