Due to our continued growth we are looking for a talented, inquisitive and proactive Engagement Manager join our team.
ABOUT YOU
As a Senior Manager in EY Data and Analytics team, you will deliver value-added services to our clients and you are required to be specialized in some or all of the following areas:
- Lead and manage all Analytics related solutions to Ernst & Young clients in the APAC region.
- Develop, build and manage business pipeline and client relationships.
- Contributing your expertise to strategy and roadmaps
- Communicate effectively with the EY Partners, the team and the client regarding the progress of the project and be a role model to the team members in exhibiting the Ernst & Young best practices.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall delivery of Data and Analytics projects; Project scope can be across data strategy, data platform implementation, machine learning / AI applications and data governance
- Lead the analytics delivery team composed of technical leads, project manager and subject matter experts
- Responsible for aligning client satisfaction and business outcomes with project commercials (revenue and margin management)
- Work effectively as the client engagement lead, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior leadership on progress
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Generate new client leads by leveraging on existing relationships and building new ones
- Lead business development initiatives from leads to qualification to proposal development and client presentations.
PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining staff
- Contribute, guide and develop technical and functional skills of staff
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
- 10 – 12 years of experience in data and analytics projects (data warehouse, data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning).
- 6 – 8 years of experience in delivering full SDLC lifecycle projects in a Consulting or Systems Integration (SI) model.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in leading data and analytics projects as a delivery lead responsible for overall project outcomes (client and commercial)
- Experience in at least one of the industry or domain – Government and Public Services, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Products
Skills
- In depth expertise in at least one of the Data and Analytics domains – data strategy development, data warehouse & big data implementation, business intelligence applications, machine learning / artificial intelligence domains
- Good knowledge of the Information Management framework, including operating model, data governance, data management, data security, data quality and data architecture.
- Strong skills in Agile delivery implementation methodology and delivery practices leveraging DevOps automation and engineering using CI/CD tools, code repositories and issue tracking and management.
- Experience in developing analytics application on public cloud stacks (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Certifications in Data Analytics tools and environment (big data technologies, cloud certifications, data integration, data management, or visualisation tools) would be an advantage.
