Core Business Services - Client Technology – Product Manager (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Seattle, WA.


Solve business problems and growth opportunities by building technology solutions and platforms. Work alongside technologists and business specialists to drive new technology platforms, capabilities, and expertise. Work on projects that integrate emerging technologies from Artificial Intelligence to data analytics into various business processes. Conduct end-to-end management of small to medium-sized product and services within a technical area of expertise, aligning the end product to the organization’s strategy. Investigate, select, and drive the development of small to medium products and services, creating and implementing the product roadmap in line with product strategy. Drive customer research activities and reviews insights in order to correctly foresee market and customer requirements, to then be fulfilled by emerging technology capabilities. Manages the product life cycle including market requirements, product release plans, user stories, release criteria, product launch and organization readiness activities. Delivers the product plan and vision, anticipates changes in market dynamics, models and adapts products, builds product retirement and transitioning strategies. Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.

Must have 5 years of experience software development cycle and project management methodologies.

Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: product development and delivery frameworks; Agile framework; and/or DevOps practices and services.

Must have 3 years of experience in defining product features and feature execution from concept to commissioning.

Must have 2 years of experience defining and developing cloud-based products and services, including reusable domain-specific microservices on Cloud environments, including one or a combination of the following: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, and/or OpenStack.

Must have 2 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence reporting.

Must have 2 years of experience in working with internal and/or external stakeholders.

Must have 2 years of experience reporting on project status and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery.

Requires domestic travel up to 10%, to serve client needs.
