Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a larger Technology Transformation engagement team serving one client at a time. You will lead projects that build on and/or enhance existing technology solutions. Technology Consultants shall be responsible for overall project / program management (agile / waterfall), providing planning, execution management, governance, and reporting support. The consultant is essential to facilitating meetings to connect stakeholders and reduce project delivery risks.

In the agile context, you may hold responsibilities for the planning, organization, and execution of agile scrum ceremonies.

Participate in large scale transformation client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client daily. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with excellent executive presence.
• Significant experience in managing and delivering medium to large teams on complex programs and projects.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
• Approximately 3-5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and related work experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Technology consulting, transformation/PMO/EPMO design, process design and re-engineering, maturity assessment, capability roadmap development, strategy, and operations, change management, end-to-end technology implementation, data framework and automation & digital design and enablement.
• Involvement driving business development efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes. Experience supervising proposal-writing and presenting during RFP process
• Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
• Ability to formulate and articulate questions to facilitate a quick understanding of a client’s business
• Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies and willingness to learn how to configure them
• Strong intellectual abilities and rigor balanced with practical sense of what works and what does not
• Strive to lead themselves, their teams, and their communities, and who can foster effective teamwork to drive results
