We’re looking for an highly organized and detail-oriented experienced HR professional to play a crucial role in supporting all IEFP internships programs matters. If you are a proactive individual with a knack for multitasking and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both employees and management, we would love to hear from you.


Your key responsibilities

  • Preparing new employee files
  • Orienting new employees to the firm
  • Act as point of contact with IEFP regarding internship programs
  • Monitoring internship programs


To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s Degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR;
  • Proven experience as a HR Professional, working with IEFP internships program;
  • Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required;
  • Fluency in English.
