The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Based in the RMS-GCO team in GDS India, the role will support the Global Risk Management team for reviewing EY external electronic and printed publications.

Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Reviewing EY external electronic and printed publications (brochures, advertisements, reports social media posts, videos, audios etc.) to
    • Safeguard the Quality risks and enhance the EY brand and reputation in the marketplace,
    • Confirm that the Quality of the content is error free and fit to be published externally,
    • Manage legal/Risk Management aspects
  • The Global Legal Counsel will be expected to assist internal clients of a wide range of seniority in these matters and carry out best practice and other legal and risk responsibilities, where appropriate.
  • Support the team in strategies developed to address issues identified.
  • Have a thorough understanding of general key business risks that need to be managed (training will be facilitated in respect of EY’s specific risk management framework)

  • Strong communication and English language (verbal and written) skills

  • Proficiency in managing high workload volumes efficiently and strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
  • Confidence, maturity and high degree of awareness in order to be able to work effectively with a broad base of senior-level internal stakeholders

  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment and ability to work cooperatively with other teams and country practices, demonstrating cultural sensitivity
  • Strong service-oriented personality, proficient at delivering the highest quality of work within deadlines
  • High levels of personal energy and appetite for work and success

Experience and qualifications

  • LLB Graduate, 1 to 2 years of experience
  • IT proficient – typing, Windows, Word, Basic Excel and PowerPoint familiarity
