JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in all the expense reimbursement task daily
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel and Word)
• Responsible to support and organized documents related reimbursement.
• Responsible to filing all the Reimbursement Document as needed
• Work effectively and efficiently as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and assist senior team members on work progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess minimum graduated from Vocational High School/High School or Diploma’s degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Persistent fast learner, flexible learning ability and strong desire to develop personal growth.
• Work well in team environment and/or independently.
• Good communication skill and able communicate in English.
• Highly motivated, highly initiative, and strong eagerness to learn.
• Willing to commit full work from Monday – Friday (08:30-17:30) during internship program.
