To achieve this, we are seeking for Business Analyst to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients in Cyprus and abroad to understand their fundamental business challenges and bring your experience to enable them to transform their business and solve their most complex problems
- Coordinate client workshops, gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Support our clients through an end-to-end process to design, agree and deliver their future requirements
- Be part of multi-disciplinary agile teams of other analysts, developers, UI/UX designers, testers etc.
- Lead playback sessions, scope/user story walk-throughs to client stakeholders
- Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and adoption of proposed solution into the business
- Contribute to business case developments and proposal preparations
- Create and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams
- Collaborate with colleagues through internal communities to drive quality, identify best practices and share knowledge across the team
- Analysis and reengineering of business processes, to improve efficiency and quality
- Analysis and reinvention of current products and services as well as holistic business models
To qualify for the role, you should have
- Minimum years of 2+ experience as a Business Analyst or Technology Consultant or Product Manager
- Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
- Ability to analyse and document complex business processes, user stories and functional requirements
- Analytical mind set; critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Banking, Insurance, Government or Telco experience is considered an advantage
- Certifications such as CCBA, PMP-PBA and/or CPRE
- Experience performing business analysis within a software development team
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs
- Experience working in agile methodologies
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good appreciation of current market technology trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players
