The opportunity : Senior Analyst-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Handle SharePoint Online administration tasks including the creation, configuration and management of sites, libraries, lists, and content types.
Establish and manage permission levels for all users of the site. Develop and manage access to SharePoint libraries and lists.
Design, create and manage workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate SharePoint Online lists with Power BI and create dynamic and responsive Power BI dashboards.
Design sample Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards based on the needs of different business units, ensuring that data displayed is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable.
Develop workflows like case management systems to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and provide end-user support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver value to stakeholders.
Provide user guidance, support, and training on SharePoint functionalities to end-users and team members.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Proficiency in creating SharePoint lists, managing access, creating power flows, and linking SharePoint data to Power BI.
Understanding of case management workflows and Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard creation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver under strict deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Relevant SharePoint or Microsoft certifications would be a plus.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
An ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines effectively.
