Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of asset valuation and advisory services? We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our Capital Equipment Group, with opportunities available in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Specialise in plant and equipment valuation services, delivering expert advice and insights across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Conduct comprehensive asset valuations, offering crucial intelligence to clients in capital-intensive industries, helping them understand the true value of their asset portfolios.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making processes, especially during high-stakes transactions, to guide clients through various valuation purposes.
- Be a growth catalyst by forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, leading talented project teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences during engagements.
What we’re looking for

- A passion and in-depth knowledge in all things plant and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex engagements, with strong influencing skills to pull the right levers to drive the best outcomes
- Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to lead client meetings, build a network and grow accounts
- Ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complex concepts to clients
- Ability to lead and mentor our staff, as well as being a strong team player
- Enthusiasm and a strong drive to succeed
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Suitable fields of study including, Engineering, Property and Construction, Commerce, or Finance.
- Current AAPI, ASA or RICS qualification.
- Prior experience in property, business and/or plant and equipment valuation is favoured but not essential.
