With big plans for the coming years and large growth expectations, we’re looking to connect with talented SPM ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultants to discuss our open job roles.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications
Your key responsibilities
• Lead the technical workstream of ServiceNow SPM providing insights into its capabilities, configurations and best practices.
• Plan and lead requirements workshops and focused discussions. Use the platform to clearly show potential results and advantages.
• Develop and contribute both technically and functionally to SPM solutions meeting our client’s strategic planning, investment funding, demand management, and resource management needs.
• Lead global development teams through the development lifecycle, maximising their potential. Ensure our teams deliver high-quality results and create exceptional experiences for our customers.
• Own the overall story position and quality, ensuring appropriate acceptance criteria are set within client engagements.
• Set up and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the technical design authority and other architecture best practises are delivered in a fun, positive, and energetic way;
• Participate in knowledge sharing and good practice development, working within our UK, EMEA and Global teams.
• Challenge the norm, transform ways of working and stimulate new ways of thinking and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do;
• Coach and develop others, acting as a positive role model for our people and clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have
• Previous SPM ServiceNow development and technical leadership experience in helping the client manage the entire lifecycle of their initiatives, programs and projects
• You will hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• You will be able to show that you can create and deliver sustainable ServiceNow solutions, advising on best practices such as data migration and integration management
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Experience with broader ServiceNow solutions and / or other SaaS tooling, relevant to your area of expertise.
• Skills and experience in managing relationships with key people, and effectively addressing the unique requirements of the client ensuring that their SPM suite supports the organisations strategic initiatives effectively.
• You will hold the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management certification.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow projects to multiple clients.
