Junior Risk Management Support Analyst

The opportunity

This role offers the opportunity of using advanced English language skills daily, niece to have German on similar level, with an emphasis on legal terminology. The expectation is that each member of the team will become an expert in the various Risk Management disciplines that our team provides support for. This will include such areas as Independence, Conflicts, Security, Compliance. The environment will be dynamic as direct client contact is at the core of the team activities. Flexibility as well as readiness to adapt to a constantly changing environment is non-negotiable. Are you up for the challenge?

Your key responsibilities

  • Handle client queries via phone/Teams
  • Effectively escalate essential matters
  • Manage tasks and activities in a timely manner and be responsible for specific outcomes
  • Plan and organize your own work and keep others informed of status and activities
  • React quickly to new circumstances presenting proactive approach
  • Stay up to date with the firm’s latest policies, processes and tools
  • Stay connected with the business and functional experts
  • Self-educate and seeks additional knowledge

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Fluent English (C1) and very good German (min. B2)
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Technical skills: efficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Good German (B1/B2)

You should be able to work with limited supervision and demonstrate self-drive and also prioritize workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines. As an ideal candidate you should have a strong desire to help and support people requiring assistance and you have to be a fantastic team player.
