Markets goals
Markets has three goals for the upcoming year, and the BD Leader plays an important role in the execution of these goals: being more outward focused, shift towards a more client-centric organization and deepen our C- and D-level relationships. We as EY need to guide our clients through the huge transformations of recent times. The world is changing fast with technological change, the rise of AI, Sustainability and volatile geopolitics. Recently, two important campaigns have been launched for the themes AI and Sustainability. These campaigns are used to transform the EY organization and are guided by the BD Leader. Our go-to-market approach is emphasized in our new global strategy, 'All-in'": shape the future with confidence and drive purposeful growth, together.
We win when we bring together all of our talents to solve the most complex and interconnected issues that our clients face today. We’re at our best as an organization when we collaborate and act together with EY clients, alliance partners, and broader ecosystem and other EY stakeholders.
Our team - Do great minds always think alike?
The BD Leader plays a key role in leading by example, together with the business development team. To achieve our Markets goals we have to invest in building relationships through all functions in our clients’ companies and invest in building our internal community, so that we can act as OneEY. ‘Together’ is crucial in our strategy. The way we deliver will change rapidly, since clients expect us to deliver more efficiently using technology, data, and AI for example.
