As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Across these teams, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring, and formal learning. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Training Program Design & Delivery: Ability to create and conduct effective training programs tailored to various levels within the organization.
Content Development: Prefered Proficiency in developing training content and materials for upskilling programs.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Skill in identifying gaps in knowledge and designing training interventions accordingly.
Instructional Design: Knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiarity with LMS platforms for tracking and managing training activities.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze training data and generate reports to measure effectiveness and improvements.
Project Management: Experience in managing internal projects and initiatives related to training and development.
Certifications: Releated certifications will be and add on


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate

Ability to lead and mentor a team, including managing new hire training batches and coaching outliers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering training and interacting with stakeholders

Skill in managing relationships with internal stakeholders to align training with business objectives.

Aptitude for identifying issues and developing solutions in the training domain.

Capability to implement new training techniques and approaches, such as MOOCs, for skill enhancement.

Skill in conducting engaging activities and recognition programs to motivate team members.


Experience

6-10 years of relevant experience
