The Opportunity:
Process Solutions and Automation leaders within Ernst & Young’s Financial and Banking services practice provide their clients the world-class solutions to tackle their most important challenges and achieve highest potential and efficiencies in ever changing markets.
We help clients with process automation across enterprise functions and business units leveraging tools and platforms suitable for client requirements and needs.
Specifically, we are seeking a seasoned Consulting with a proven track record in automating client journeys using various automation technologies such as UI Path, Camunda, ServiceNow, Pega, Microsoft PowerPlatform, Appian, Unqork, etc in the financial and banking industry.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in both process redesign, project management, and a strong command of at least one of the automation technologies above. Knowledge of Gen AI would be an added advantage.
In ever changing process automation broader market landscape, recently, the BPM market has consolidated. The leading tools (per analysts’ reports from Gartner, Forrester etc.) are aiming to be recognized as the holistic Automation Platform. Including other intelligent process automation capabilities, they have incorporated capabilities around conversational AI (previously known as Virtual Agents and Chatbots) in their product toolkit and roadmap. The combined skillset of out-of-the-box capabilities of these conversational AI offerings and their seamless integration with the traditional BPM capabilities like workflow and orchestration is key to the said role.
This will be a full-time opportunity for a suitable candidate with expectation of 50% domestic travel and up to 10% international travel as required.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development and testing of process redesign and automation solutions, to meet the specific needs of clients in the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Design conversational flows, intents, and dialogues that provide intuitive and efficient customer interactions.
- Knowledge of using various automation platforms.
- Integrate automation platforms with existing banking systems and APIs to provide a cohesive user experience.
- Conduct thorough market and technology research to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.
- Prepare and deliver thought leadership, compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our automation solutions for their business growth.
- Co-ordinate with global teams to support with client delivery.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with minimum 3 years of experience in process redesign and automation solutions development.
- Experience with deploying automation solutions to production and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and Azure AI Services is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
