In this role you will:
- Collaborate with the national TRS team on leading insolvency projects, both large and medium in scale.
- Engage in restructuring and turnaround initiatives, including early intervention efforts like independent business evaluations, safe harbour consultations, assessments of financial sustainability, counterparty examinations, and liquidity analyses.
- Pursue your interests within specific sectors with the encouragement of the senior leadership team, seizing chances to broaden your knowledge and skills.
- Take advantage of the opportunity to work alongside other teams within Strategy and Transactions, including Debt Advisory, Transaction Diligence, Valuations and Business Modelling, Real Estate Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory, and Mergers & Acquisitions, to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.
What we’re looking for

- Possess a degree in commerce, economics, or law (or a similar qualification).
- Bring 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with a solid history of high performance in restructuring/advisory work either on behalf of creditors or distressed companies.
- Either already have or be prepared to obtain the ARITA (Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association) certification.
- Have a talent for both numerical and descriptive analysis, and be enthusiastic about contributing positively to our community.
