The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of People Advisory Services (PAS) projects. By overseeing project management processes and providing administrative support to the team, this individual will contribute to the overall success of PAS engagements.
Project Management and Administration:
- Oversee and manage PAS projects using various project management tools, ensuring timely completion of activities and deliverables.
- Administer necessary approvals and documentation for client engagements, including contracts, time and budget monitoring, and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
PAS Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the PAS department head, including scheduling and paperwork.
- Assist PAS consultants with analysis, presentation preparation, project management, and back-office activities.
Knowledge and Research:
- Support consultants in conducting research on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on EY global materials and resources to ensure best practices are applied to client engagements.

Additional Accountabilities:
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to support project decision-making.
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with PAS projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
- Assist with the implementation and use of new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- B.A in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related filed.
- 3+ years’ experience in organizational development and / or business project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in administering project documentation, approvals, and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience providing support to senior-level professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- High level Hebrew and English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Data analysis skills (qualitative and quantitative)
- Process improvement mindset.
- Adaptability to new technologies and systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
