EY- Cybersecurity - OT Security Competency Leader - Technology Consulting – Associate Director
As a competency leader for our Operational Technology (OT) Security practice, you will be responsible for growth and delivery of services/solutions in that comprise this book-of-business.
The opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Director to lead our Operational Technology (OT) Security competency. This would involve creation and implementation of strategies to achieve business growth, while ensuring service quality standards for the existing portfolio of work, including talent management, operational metrics management, solutions and go-to-market focus.
Your key responsibilities
Reporting to the Partner - Cybersecurity and will be responsible for:
- Defining, developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans for OT Security in collaboration with local EY member firms in Americas, EMEIA and APAC.
- Defining, developing and implementing initiatives to build new OT Security solutions in collaboration with EY Global Cybersecurity leaders.
- Building delivery capabilities to support existing and planned services and solutions.
- Management of competency operational metrics such as utilization, productivity, bench as well as people metrics such as retention, diversity, learning & certifications etc.
- Own end-to-end sales opportunity qualification and pursuit, including drafting RFP responses, proposal defence during Orals, drafting Statement of Work (SoW) leveraging expertise in scoping, solutioning and pricing for OT security solutions.
- Support and drive the overall growth strategy for the Cybersecurity practice as part of the leadership team.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for partnerships and acquisitions.
- Develop and rollout branding and marketing strategy including items such as solution brochures, sales videos, thought leadership, community engagement etc.
- Inspire and motivate direct and in-direct reporting professionals while fostering an environment of collaboration and participation.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- At least 15 years of overall experience
- At least 10 years experience in architecture, engineering, implementation and operations OT systems and at least 6 years of experience in consulting services for OT Security.
- Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- MBA (Good to have)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Excellent communication, articulation skills and executive presence.
- Expertise in Cybersecurity solution development, implementation and operation for SCADA, ICS ad DCS systems.
- Expertise in product security and solutions for connected product security.
- Experience in OT/IT system integration and security architecture.
- Deep sector expertise in industries including Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Energy.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards including NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82 and application of the same.
- Knowledge across Cybersecurity domains including Identity & Access Management, Cyber Threat Management, Cyber strategy and governance, Data Security.
- ISA/IEC 62443 Expert*
- GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection (GCIP)
- GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID)
- OSCP (CREST Certified)
